Insights and Analytics

Lucia continuously ingests events from the SDK and turns them into campaign analytics — the same data the dashboard shows and the Attribution API serves.

What you get

  • Real-time ROI, CAC, and LTV per channel and campaign.
  • Conversion rate measured in people — the share of visitors who clicked and went on to convert.
  • Hybrid funnels — on-chain and off-chain actions matched into one journey.
  • Cohorts and segments — group resolved customers by acquisition, behavior, and value.
  • Per-user risk scores — churn, fraud, bot, and wallet risk (0–100) for each resolved user.

These power retention, fraud-filtering, and budget decisions — see Increasing Conversion Rates and ROMI.

The events behind the metrics

Analytics are built from the events your SDK sends. See the SDK API Reference for the full list — pageView, trackConversion, buttonClick, userInfo, and sendWalletInfo.

What's collected, by platform

Lucia captures these signals (see Privacy & Compliance for how they're handled):

PlatformWhat's collected
Desktop / WebDevice & session identifiers, wallet address, clicks, pageviews, conversions, IP, browser, OS, timezone, navigation paths, referral sources
MobileDevice & session identifiers, wallet address, clicks, views, app events, device model, OS, carrier, timezone, mobile wallet details

Sensitive fields (passwords, card inputs) are never captured, and any element marked data-lucia-ignore is skipped.
